Missoula charges $30 for our graduation fee. The fee pays for 1.5 FTE. Those employees do all the application reviews, degree awarding, verifications, transmittals, and appeals. It also pays for most of our Commencement expenses. Our graduation applications are due early Oct for Spring, early Feb for Summer, and early March for Autumn. We are considering implementing a late fee for those who miss the deadline and increasing it to $50.
