MSUB and CC are all submitted online. Roll process is same as MT Tech describes.
We still require that hard copy grades are submitted and we archive as a back up…
Generally speaking, we do not hand enter grades. Faculty members must do that. Those who are late fill out a change of grade form for every student on the roster… same amount of work for my office and the added workload registers a point for most.

Helena College requires faculty to turn grades in online, but we always have a few stragglers or faculty in odd programs that we wind up entering a few by hand.
Our process is the same as MT Tech. They are housed in the roster form until we roll them over to the transcripts.

Montana Tech does not require grades to be submitted online. However, 99% do enter them that way. We have those few stragglers who submitted them on paper to the Registrar’s office 30 years ago and see no reason to change their process now.
Through self-service, the grades go from the faculty into the BANNER form SFASLST. We run a process that rolls them all to the official transcript at one time. We do not check them first.
