FVCC evaluates all degree seeking students’ transcripts, recording only the number of credits accepted. Upon graduation, transfer courses used to earn our degree are then posted on the student’s transcript. We do not evaluate non-degree transcripts unless the student requests an evaluation.

Hi Everyone;

 

I had a question come up in a advising meeting yesterday that I would like some feedback regarding.  For your non-degree seeking students who have transfer work (i.e. a post-bacc for example), do you record their transfer work on the transcripts or do you only do that for degree seeking?
