I believe this was homework for me to send out after MACRAO. This is what we use. We put the information into SPACMNT in Banner so entities on campus can look it up as needed. It was crafted a few years back at the request of our Vice Chancellor at that time. As I indicated verbally – I cannot attest to it having been through any legal review that I initiated.
