Please see the attached document for an initial overview and implementation guidance on the new One-Two-Free program announced by the Governor and Commissioner this week. Further details will be coming next week, but please pass this information along to anyone on your campus who may be affected. This document will also be delivered to campus CFOs for distribution to Business Services/Student Accounts representatives.
