We do at MCC. I have had a couple of different issues:
· Grade(s) in Banner do not match what has been reported by the instructor.
· Grades not posted in Banner but I have a paper grade sheet.
· Instructor(s) write student names on a grade sheet/assign a grade for student(s). I then do research to see what I can find.
We store the paper copies. We have had issues with instructors who are no longer employed and student(s) grieve a grade.
