Good morning,
Attached is guidance related to compliance with the federal Veterans Access, Choice and Accountability Act and eligibility for resident tuition charges for non-resident veterans and dependents who live in Montana.
Included as attachments are a link to the Board of Regents Policy which provides for an exemption from residency requirements for individuals covered under the Choice Act, a link to the updated residency questionnaire, a frequently asked questions document and specifics for the coding of Banner.
