My understanding (but other's please feel free to disagree) is that a hold based on the Everfi/Petsa programs would not hold up a transmittal. The purpose of noting it on the transmittal is to alert the receiving campus if the student has complete the requirement yet. If the student is transferring and hasn't completed the requirement, it would be the responsibility of the receiving campus to have them complete the requirement.

I had one question for clarification. We would normally stop a transmittal for most holds. Should we continue that process with PETSA and AlcoholEdu holds? Or are we basically informing the transfer location that the hold needs to carry over?
