We have an attendance policy that requires No Show reporting by census date

We recommend instructors issue an F if the student hasn’t been attending throughout the term. We do not issue Incompletes for missing grades. We use an NR (Not Reported) code and the student has to work with the faculty on a grade change. BTW we do very few NR grades since we work with the departments to have timely reporting for final grades at EOT. ~d

Good morning,
We recommend instructors issue an F.
For those who do not issue a grade, we record an incomplete and revert it to an F after the customary timeframe.
It impacts the GPA.
