We have been talking about doing something similar! Currently we only hold our new employee orientation once a year, but we definitely have employees who start at various other points in the year who need FERPA training right away. I have volunteered to do a video recording of my training session to post on Moodle with some other new employee resources, but I haven't actually done it yet. In the meantime, here's the PowerPoint I typically use (though I'd like to revise parts of it), plus the handouts I distribute (again, which could probably use some revision), in case any of this is helpful to you. I would definitely be interested in your final product!

Hope the start of your fall semesters are going well!
I'm working on developing a FERPA training for our faculty, staff, student workers, and athletic coaches that can be referenced throughout the year in Moodle. Has anyone already ventured into this territory and would be willing to share their work as an example or ideas?
Thanks for your thoughts. This is an all fall project, but when we finish I would be willing to share it out for anyone that is interested.
