Re: Saving Student Work

HI Sarah;

The standard we recommend to faculty is at least one year after the course was offered (as that is the time frame that students can challenge grades).  It is the professors responsibility to maintain their materials.

Subject: Saving Student Work

Good morning,

We are having a conversation on our campus about how long an instructor needs to save student work, particularly we are discussing this in relation to preserving student work in Moodle. I am wondering if anybody has a clear policy/process on how this information should be handled on your campus.

Thanks,
