Good Morning Charity,
From what I have seen, when you don’t apply a waitlist and cap the enrollment to 20. Once the class reaches 20 the class lists closed.
I know right now I am listing classes with “0” enrollment, “0” waitlist. Because another concern is ensuring the room is marked as in use.
Hope this helps and if you don’t mind posting more scheduling issues/conflicts/questions and answers that would be great.

Subject: Showing "Full" or "Closed" on the class schedule
Hi all!
This email question relates to the Banner online course scheduling system
I’m trying to figure out how to set up our online class schedule so that the word “Full” or Closed” appears on the schedule when the class has reached its seat limits. I see that a few of you have this functionality and would appreciate your insight regarding how to set it up? Is it a Banner 9/XE function or can it be done in Banner 8?
Thanks for any insight you may have.
It’s appreciated!
Charity
