Thanks, all, for the feedback. I’m new in town so I don’t have the whole history, but despite good luck in the past with said company we’ve recently had some trouble getting our new seal ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. However, your votes of confidence have given us a renewed spirit to follow up again!

What company are you having problems with? We have ordered from Helena Stamp works for the past 20-25 years and have never had any problems, if something doesn’t work they will correct it and we can get stamps back from them in 2 days.

MACRAO Colleagues,

It was wonderful meeting many of you at last week’s conference – I was sorry to only be able to be there for one day!

We are in need of ordering a new stamp/seal for the college and are having some trouble with our local shop. I’m writing to see if anyone has purchased a new seal recently and would be willing to share the name of the company they ordered from. We’re open to asking the world wide web if needed, but we thought we’d start with a group of trusted colleagues first J.
