Ditto what has been said so far. Award a grade of credit/no credit and it will role with the rest of the grades each semester

Yep – we do that with at least one course; Concert Attendance MUSI 388. The only grade option is "Credit/No Credit"; the credit hours/bill hours/contact hours, etc are all set to 0; it must be marked "gradable" and a grade must be entered & rolled like a regular course. Let me know if you need more specs on how we set this up.

In that case, Credit/No Credit would probably be the best option for grade mode.

I think you would have to assign a grade and make it official before it will appear on the transcript.

Good afternoon everyone,

I have a question that I'm hoping someone might be able to help with.

We offer a 0 credit Honors Seminar course that we'd like to have appear on the transcript. Is there a way for a class to be 0 credits and have it appear on the transcript? Right now, it still appears under "Courses in Progress."

Any help is greatly appreciated.
