Re: Summer Grades and Degrees

Hi, Cheri!

Our summer term consists of three parts: a May session, a June session, and a combined session. We open grades for submission by faculty at the end of the May session for those courses and at the end of the June/combined sessions for those courses. Faculty are required to submit grades at the end of the completion of their course (essentially the end of the connected session). Degrees are posted after each session with a degree date and LDA matching the last date of classes for that session.

2)      When do you require faculty to submit grades (ie. at end of each part of term, or at end of full summer)

3)      When do you post degrees

a.       Anyone do it ongoing ?

b.       OR at end of term ?
