Yes. California splits their regional accreditation into two agency which includes this accreditation body specifically designated for 2 year colleges. It is an offshoot of WASC.

Does anyone award transfer credit for schools who are accredited by ACCJC- the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges? It appears they are part of WASC.
