Hello,
Please see the attached, proposed changes to the Montana Residency Policy. The BOR will be introduced to this in two week but will not take action until January. It would be best to have any feedback received by Helen and Viv prior to the BOR meeting on the 15th if at all possible. I am happy to compile comments and submit them, or you can reach out to your campus legal counsel, or you can contact Helen and Viv directly.
Please try to give this some attention next week.
As I stated, action wont be taken until January but if there are simply changes or concerns it would be good to get them on record sooner rather than later.
Thanks
Tony

Subject: Draft Residency Revisions
Hi Tony,
I’ve attached a draft copy of the revisions to the residency policy. Thank you so much for your assistance in collecting feedback from the registrars. As we mentioned, the revised policy will be on the Board’s November agenda as an informational item only. Our hope is that the Board will adopt the revisions during its January meeting.
Thanks again,
Helen
