I’m trying to think through a request from our Education departments requesting access to SFAREGS banner form (the registration form) so they can update college codes when a student is accepted to TEPs. From a practical perspective the request makes sense, however my registrar “protect data and banner areas where information can make or break the records” radar goes up and questions giving accessibility to an area without limited control.
So here is my questions for you’ll: Which department besides the registrar’s office have access to the registration screen SFAREGS? Does anyone have written guidelines they use when individuals request access to Banner pages?
