Using PayPal to register for the Fall conference

Hi All,

 

There are a handful of questions regarding using PayPal to pay for the Fall conference and register/paying for multiple items.  I went through the process myself this morning as a refresher and you do have to register each time you are paying for an individual item.  I’ve noted the steps I used below in case that helps anyone that is having problems.  (I tend to be over detailed with instructions so please forgive the step by step details)

 

 

Registering for the MACRAO conference

1.       Go to http://www.macraoonline.org/macrao-conference.html

2.       Select “Register for Meeting”

3.       Enter your registration information for the first time and submit.  This will take you to the “Now it is time to pay” page

4.       Select “Buy Now” next to MACRAO Conference if you are paying by Pay Pal.  If you are paying for a group to attend, please note that you can only pay for one Conference at a time.  See next steps to add additional people.

5.       If you need to add additional people or pay the annual fees or dinner, select the “Return to MACRAO” link on PayPal.  If you are not registering anyone else or paying additional fees you are done at this point

6.       The “Return to MACRAO” link redirects you to a receipt page on the MACRAOonline.org website.  If you are adding additional people select the “events” heading and then “2015 MACRAO Fall Meeting”.

7.       Repeat steps 2-6 for each person or fee you need to pay.  It is okay to register the same name multiple times in order to get dinner and annual fees paid.
