Good morning-
I recently received a request from UM to modify the warehouse extract code to gather the ADMIT_TERM and ADMIT_CODE fields in the ENROLLMENT_TABLE from SGBSTDN (General Student), rather than using the information from the SARADAP (Admissions Application) table. This would give the most current admit term and code from the General Student record for students in the enrollment table while leaving the information in the ADMIT_INFO table as it currently sits (from SARADAP).
I’m seeking input from the campuses on whether or not this change would have any negative consequences for your reporting. Any comments can be emailed directly to me or left in the JIRA issue (SDW-30) and would be greatly appreciated.
