Thank you, Dena! I’ve actually read through the policy and am about to send this to the student. Her main question was how long this policy has been in place, which is something I don’t know.

This student received an AAS at BCC, which was posted on her transcript. She’s asking why her AAS cannot be used to satisfy her lower-level gen eds. She’s asking how long this policy to not post an AAS at the four-year institutions has been in place.

I’m sorry for not clarifying all of this initially.

Does anyone know how long the policy has been in place that we don’t post AAS degrees, just AA and AS? A student wants to petition to have her degree posted.
