Hello MACRAO Colleagues!
Thank you to Brittany Budeski at University of Providence and Dena Wagner-Fossen at Great Falls College MSU for hosting our upcoming Fall 2019 MACRAO meeting on October 10th and 11th! I have attached a tentative agenda and provided meeting details below so you can plan your travels accordingly.
Location:
Thursday – University of Providence (Campus Map: https://www.uprovidence.edu/about/campus/map/)
- Location of event will be in the Conference Room of the new University Center. On the map, it is listed as ‘future site of University Center.’
- Parking is limited near the University Center; however, there is plenty of parking in the area titled ‘McLaughlin Center Parking Lot.’
- Parking entrance is just off of 20th Street So
Friday – Great Falls College MSU (Campus Map: http://www.gfcmsu.edu/Map/index.html)
- Location of event will be in Heritage Hall
- Parking at entrance #1 (directly off of 16th Ave So) is best.
Neither campus requires a parking pass, so any lot is available for use.

Dinner:
Dinner plans are still being finalized; I will send details when I have them.
Hotel:
Our Great Falls hosts have put together a list of hotels (attached) that accept the state rate. We don’t have a block of rooms anywhere so you don’t have to worry about referencing MACRAO when you call to book.
Also, please note that our colleagues at GFC MSU are celebrating their 50th anniversary and have invited MACRAO attendees to participate in their Business After Hours event Thursday evening (flyer attached)!
