Re: Diploma Reprints

Hi Helen,

We do not verify the name a student wishes to display on their diploma. However, if a student needs an apostille or other official certification, we verify that the name on the diploma matches their official record.

If a student would like to change their name on official records (such as transcripts) they need to provide documentation verifying the name change.

For those that allow a name change on a previous graduate diploma, how do you verify the name change?

Greetings MACRAO family,

How does your institution handle requests from past graduates to reprint their diploma(s)? I take the information and let them know it will not be ordered until payment has been received and it will go with the next diploma order. I also get their mailing address and send to them upon receipt.

Do you charge for reprints? If so, how much? Yes, $25 per diploma

Do you add the reprint to your next diploma run or do you print them upon request? Add them to our next order

Do you reprint the diploma with the graduate's current name or the name that was listed on the diploma at the time they graduated? For instance, I have a 2015 graduate that would like to have her 2 diplomas reprinted to reflect her current name. I always put the name that they graduated under.
