Rocky Mountain College does not accept Straighter Line credits.

I've only seen one; it came through like any other institutional transcript but it had a Straighterline info sheet attached. That was the only way I knew.

We haven't approved them to transfer – since Straighterline isn't a regionally accredited institution, these courses do not meet our general transfer credit policy. We do accept some ACE recommended credits on a case-by-case basis; however, typically I'm working with students in the pre-approval process and when they mention Straighterline (usually because they are trying to find the most cost-effective option) I encourage them to look to a regionally accredited institution first.
Violet, I'm curious – when you've seen them on the Partner College transcripts, is it pretty clear that they were "transferred" via Straighterline?

Hi Sarah,
We're seeing them a lot at UM/Msla College. There are two ways we're seeing credit come in: 1. On an SL transcript which has a course title and grade but no credits, and 2. On transcripts from their "partner schools." If they come on the SL transcript, we require the ACE Guide transcript to accompany it, as SL works with ACE and the BOR 301.5 D. allows us to accept ACE-recommended credit.
