I rebuild the old records in Banner. I do have to watch if the student was here during the quarter system or semesters and adjust accordingly.

What are institutions doing when a student returns and has a pre-system transcript? Are you combining them into one transcript or just putting a flag that they have pre-system credits in the system? Does anybody have a policy on this?
