Cheri, we have them fill out our re-order form and pay $25.00, we allow them to use either their maiden/married name on their diploma. It is their choice even if we do not have one of them in our system. We will order the diploma but not change the name in banner without verification (SS card, DL and Marriage/divorce paperwork).

For students who graduate under one name; who contact you years later asking to have a new diploma issued under their new name – do you do so ? [Why/Why not] ? Do you have a policy ? If you do, is there a standard fee ?
