I hope you all are doing well and enjoying our summer like weather!
I have been in contact with the Clearinghouse since our MACRAO meeting regarding the concerns over the possibility of printing a blank transcript if an individual without an academic record makes a transcript request. At this time, Ellucian has created the user requirements to correct this and they are looking at a tentative date of December for a fix. As we know, that timeline could change but the good news is that the concerns have been heard and the correction is looking like it will come sooner than later.
This might be helpful for MSU especially as I know this was a huge concern and road block in this process.
Also, I am attaching for your convenience, the Powerpoint I used in case you all would like to use the screen shots to help with your eTranscript setup. If you have questions as you go through the process, I’m certainly willing to help as best as I can.
