Two more days and we are so excited! (so much so, that I hit send prematurely, lol)
I’ve attached another copy of our campus map for you and added a few comments to show you the best places to park and where the meetings are. A parking permit is not required for non-reserved spaces. The Hagener Science parking lot has handicapped spaces next to the building. For Friday, there is just one handicap space near the Farm Mechanics building, just down the hill a little from the South Parking lot. There will be signs inside of the buildings pointing you toward our meeting rooms.
Phone attendance: Please give your phone number to one of the officers or myself if you plan to participate by phone, as WE will need to call YOU.
Skype: For presenters wishing to Skype their presentations, I was able to iron that out a little and it CAN be done. However, we will only see them…they will not see us.
The Skype Presenter will need to connect with someone attending here in order “skype” with us.
Handouts: If anyone presenting wants to email me any handouts they have, I can have them copied and inserted into our folders.
Havre-Beneath-the-Streets: These tours need to be scheduled in advance. If anyone is interested in a Thursday morning tour, please let me know, and I will schedule one.
