Re: BoR policy 301.8 and 301.9 revisions

We are updating our catalog and changing “probation” to “warning” beginning this semester.  We are working on policies regarding “conditions” imposed upon warning but those won’t be deployed until next year.

 

We are also reviewing/exploring the exemptions for new students who are below 2.0 at the end of the semester (though it appears that this will be an ongoing manual change to standing since BANNER doesn’t consider student type when calculating standing).

Gateway Course Memo

MACRAO folks,

 

After our meeting in October I had promised to get out a memo regarding our discussion about the Gateway courses.  I have finally gotten around to doing that and am sending that out to everybody.  Better late than never, right?
