Good morning and Happy Friday,
We are seeing an increase in requests for international certifications for our graduates including Apostille requests. The most recent one is a nurse trying to get licensure in another country and they are requesting a university stamp, vs our seal, on certifying documents (enrollment verifications not transcripts).
We have traditionally used our seal to emboss documents and it has not been an issue and then we darken with a pencil when necessary.
I am wondering what other offices are doing with these requests if you are seeing them? Do you only use a seal? Do you have a stamp?
If you have both, do you have a process or policy for when you use one vs. the other or both on documents?
Thanks so much!
