Attached please find the proposed changes to the safety questionnaire and a powerpoint presentation that describes the rationale for changes. My understanding is that this has been reviewed by legal counsel at OCHE, UM, and MSU. I also think it will be shared in the Student Affairs conference call.
I think this is will be a great improvement over our current questionnaire. The optimistic intent would be to advance this for implementation for our fall 2024 application cycle (which of course means coming to consensus relatively quickly to get the changes to vendors in time to be put in production before the next cycle is lost).
Please share thoughts and concerns both with this list serve and through your representatives on the OCHE students affairs group.
