I’ve got a question for the schools who use National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to transmit enrollment data.
How do you record your responses to enrollment errors? NSC allows us to download the initial Error Resolution Report, but it seems we’re also supposed to keep record of our individual responses. Once we enter the corrections in NSC, that information is saved onto the student record, but from what I can tell, you cannot extract the responses in a separate report.
Do you copy your work into the Error Resolution Report? Screenshots? Other tricks?
Any input would be amazing - thanks in advance!
