Re: Credit bearing Internship processes

Good morning –

I hope the week is off to a great start!

The process to register for internships at MSU Billings and City College is through our GradLeaders platform.  Once a student has an internship, they log into their student account and report the internship.  I have attached our instructions for students on submitting an internship. Once the student submits their internship hire through GradLeaders, an email approval is sent to their site supervisor and faculty supervisor (this process is also generated through our GradLeaders program).  Once all approvals are received we are able to proceed with registering the student for credit in Banner.

I hope this information is helpful! If you have any other questions or want to connect more, please let me know!

Best,

Becky

Hi all;

Happy Friday!

I’m trying to revamp and streamline our internship registration process.  I was curious if you could share with me the following information regarding your internships that receive credit.

  1. What type of contract or form does a student submit to register for an internship?  (Could you share a copy so I can see the visual)
  2. What signatures are required on the contract or for the registration if any?

Thanks for your thoughts!
