Hello MACRAO Colleagues!
Thank you to Lisa Blunt and Miles Community College for hosting our upcoming Spring 2019 meeting on March 14-15th! I will be sending out the agenda later in the week but wanted to get you all the meeting details so you can plan your travels accordingly.
Location:
- We’ll be meeting in room 106 at MCC. I’ve attached a PDF of the internal building map (106 is in the upper left corner) and here is a link to the campus map: https://www.milescc.edu/AboutUs/Maps/. Please note that parking is free and not restricted at all (no cost, no passes).
Time:
- Check in at 12:30pm; Meeting starts promptly at 1:00pm (a full agenda will be sent soon)
Registration:

Dinner:
- We will be having dinner at Tilt Würks in Miles City. You can find the menu on their website: http://milescitybrewery.com/
Hotel: We are working to see if we can get an extension on the reservation deadline but be sure to book your rooms right away!

- Please ask for MCC State Conference block for the possibility of discounted room or MACRAO subsidy.
- Make your reservation prior to Feb. 28
Finally, keep in mind that we will be having elections during our Business Meeting on Friday so please consider serving as an officer or reaching out to a colleague and nominating them!
