We allow 100% refund if the student withdraws by the 4th day of class. We have a refund schedule that allows for a percentage of refund through the 10th class day (census). When students register and then cancel for the start of the semester, does anybody charge a fee for that? Also, does anyone charge a fee for withdrawals during the semester?
