Quick reminder that MACRAO virtual conference will be held this Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Attached you will find the agenda (along with Zoom links) for the Fall 2021 MACRAO meeting as well as the minutes from the Spring 2021 meeting.
Below are a couple of quick reminders
- We will be asking each school to provide a brief report. Please coordinate with your school colleagues to have a spokesperson ready to give an update from your school. We have included a few prompts:
- COVID accomplishments, celebrations, ongoing issues
- Orientation processes this past summer and/or processes going forward
- This can include Math and Writing placement processes
- Current status of academic calendar
- Enrollment Updates
- Ground Rules for Zoom
- Please keep yourself on mute unless speaking.
- During the specific presentations we will ask that all folks mute and hold questions until the very end
- Feel free to use the “raise hand” feature during roundtable
- Joe Thiel from OCHE will be discussing Policy Updates.

Due to travel limitations across the state, it has been decided that we will have a virtual meeting. The Zoom links for both days have been included in the agenda. Please sign in 10 minutes before the meeting so we can get started on time.
The registration fee for the Fall 2021 meeting will be covered by MACRAO.
Please go to the MACRAO website (http://www.macraomontana.org/) and login to the membership portal to pay your yearly dues.
