Simplificándolo, se trata de convertir deuda a corto plazo en deuda a largo, para reducir las cuotas de amortización. ¡OJO!, hablamos de endeudamiento, no de morosidad. Endeudamiento que está al día, sin impagos, pero con cuotas elevadas para la empresa. A nosotros llegan a menudo empresa que lo buscan porque en meses "flojos" les cuesta hacer frente a todos sus compromisos de pago. ¿Cuál es el problema? Que los bancos aborrecen todo lo que sea refinanciar porque no quieren asumir riesgo de otras entidades y porque el Banco de España les hace provisionar el 25% del importe. 1. Corequisite Math and Writing Sections, AY 16, AY17, and AY18 – The attached reporting template includes an example on how to structure the data. We need to capture sections of corequisite math or writing offered since AY 2015.

 

2. General Education Courses – Again, the attached template includes an example on how to structure the data. Please list courses that count towards your campus general education core along with what core designation(s) the course fulfills.

 

Do let me know if you have any questions or if the proposed timeline is burdensome. This information is fundamental to further work OCHE hopes to accomplish this term.

Updated Residency Policy

Hello and Happy New Year.

 

Attached is the revised residency policy to be voted on during the January BOR meeting.  Some changes will impact our standard processes. However, after discussing these changes with Helen and Viv, I am confident they align with the commissioner’s intent.  To help ensure consistent application across the state, Either Helen or Viv from OCHE legal counsel will be available via conference call during our March MACRAO meeting.  They were hoping to be able to make the trip to our conference but that is unlikely given the priorities associated with the legislative session.  

 

Finally, if you provided feedback directly to OCHE legal counsel regarding the previous draft, you can expect a reply from them in the not too distant future.

 

Thank you all for your engagement in this process.  I am looking forward to our conversations at our MACRAO meeting.
